Coleman Weathermaster 10 Cabin Tent

Coleman Weathermaster 10 Tent:  A cool tent for a big family

The Coleman Weather Master 10 tent has enough room for the whole family yet remains easy to set up. Its two rooms allow up to 10 people to sleep comfortably, while the 6’4” center height won’t restrict freedom around the inside the tent.

Occupants can control air ventilation through Coleman’s Veriflo adjustable system, which includes vented Cool-Air ports, privacy vent window and electrical access port.

The easy setup includes continuous, color-coded pole sleeves, the company’s exclusive pin-and-ring design, InstaClip attachments and 19 millimeter steel poles. Three rooms provide added privacy while the WeatherTec System is guaranteed to keep campers dry. While heat and condensation can build up in other tents, the Weathermaster’s ventilation system prevents it.

Coleman Weathermaster 10 Tent: Users Testimonials  (consolidated from, and

The Coleman Weathermaster 10 cabin tent has received mixed reviews by those who have purchased and used it. Many reviewers were by families who use it to go car camping. The roominess is a very positive feature.

One reviewer wrote he had five cots inside the tent and still had plenty of room for other “stuff.” For such a large tent, setup seems to be easy. Most reviews said it could be done in 20-25 minutes by one person, or even with the help of younger children.

There were a couple of users who said they were glad they set the tent up in their back yard before taking it on a camping trip because it was not as easy as they thought.

Based on the research, the Coleman Weather Master 10 tent is recommended, especially over the Coleman Instant Tent. While that tent appears to be easier to set up, reviews by users indicated it can be difficult to take down because poles were either very difficult or even impossible to retract.

One user pointed out the rigging system can be rendered useless if it is taken down incorrectly. In addition, the Instant Tent does not seem to hold up against the elements as well as the Coleman Weather Master 10.

The Weather Master 10 is easy to erect and provides enough space for up to 10 campers and has loads of amenities, making it an ideal tent for family camping. It does not receive perfect user reviews but appears to be a good value for the money. See more articles  on coleman weathermaster 10 tent review.
